Bianca Cohen

Bianca is a Native San Franciscan who has worked as a property manager and leasing agent for nearly 20 years and a licensed Realtor since 2019. As the daughter of Chris Ferrigno, Bianca was raised in the real estate business and today manages the family’s portfolio of 17 buildings totaling approximately 80 units. She is deeply familiar with every aspect of multi-unit ownership, renovation, and leasing.
Bianca lives in the Sunset District with her husband, an experienced remodeler who has worked on many Ferrigno buildings and they have two daughters. Bianca brings heart, local knowledge, and steady project oversight to every sale or portfolio engagement.
